Heart London provides a breakfast show starting at 4am to 6:30am for the early birds, with James Stewart on weekdays. Just after that, Heart Breakfast show continues to turn up the feel good from 6:30am to 10am on weekdays with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden in "Heart Breakfast with Jamie & Amanda".
On Sundays, "The Official Big Top 40" is broadcasted from 4pm to 7pm which is the UK's biggest chart show, produced by Global's Capital FM studios in London and is broadcasted by the pop flagships of Global Media - Capital FM, and Heart across the whole UK.

Heart FM's sister station Heart Extra turns to Heart Extra Xmas from 1st of November to the end of Christmas - so operates as a Christmas station with the best Christmas songs 24/7!

Jenni Falconer moves from Heart to Smooth Radio
Jenni Falconer joining Smooth Radio to present the breakfast show in London and nationwide on Smooth Extra after leaving Heart last year. Radio Essex has just announced former Heart Essex Breakfast presenters Martin Day & Su Harrison are joining the station for Breakfast.
