talkSPORT's kick-off in the mornings begins at 6am with "The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast" until 10am on weekdays, led by Alan Brazil who has daily rotating expert guests from the world of sports, like Ray Parlour, Lawrence Dallaglio, David Seaman, Dean Saunders, Sam Allardyce to discuss the current sports stories. On weekends, the morning spot between 6am and 9am is filled by the "Weekend Sports Breakfast" with Georgie Bingham and Tony Cascarino who gave definitive inspection of the actual topics in sports.

talkSPORT is the Global Audio Partner of the English Premier League, and official broadcaster of the Premier League, FA Cup, Football League, League Cup, England friendly internationals, Aviva Premiership, Super League, ATP World Tour Masters 1000, NatWest t20 Blast, Royal London One-Day Cup, Indian Premier League, ICC World Twenty20 and certain Champions League and Europa League matches are broadcasted.

Shortlist out for Audio and Radio Industry Awards 2020
The shortlist for this year’s Radio Academy’s ARIAs have been announced at an event at News UK headquarters in London. talkSPORT wants to start turning off AM transmitters
talkSPORT has asked Ofcom to reduce the transmission coverage of its AM national commercial radio licence by 2.4%. talkSPORT to cover nine football games in one day
Nine football commentaries will be broadcast by talkSPORT this Boxing Day – with multiple streams available via the station’s app. The station will cover games kicking-off at 12.30pm, 3pm, 5.30pm and 8pm, plus the live game the following day – and the New Year’s Day fixtures. Overnight changes at talkRADIO and talkSPORT
There’s a new addition to the talkRADIO weeknight schedule as Darryl Morris takes over from Paul Ross, who moves to talkSPORT. Darryl joins talkRADIO full time to host 1am till 5am, whilst Paul Ross now hosts the same slot on its sister station. talkSPORT announces Premier League coverage plans
Saturdays will be known as ‘GameDay’ on talkSPORT as the station announces a new line-up of presenters for the start of the new Premier League season. RAJAR Q2 2019: London and national brands round-up
Zoe Ball has lost more than three quarters of a million listeners to her BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, according to the latest audience research from RAJAR. The show’s reach is down 781,000 quarter-on-quarter to 8.266m for the three months survey period up to the 23rd June 2019. In Q1/19 she had 9.047m listeners; in Q2/2018 Chris Evans reached 9.038m. RAJAR Q1 2019 – Zoe & Chris plus national and London radio round-up
Chris Evans and Virgin Radio both reached over a million listeners in the first quarter of 2019. The digital station’s audience has almost trebled compared with the last period of 2018 thanks to the arrival of Evans from Radio 2.
